Guessing I have used H&R Block tax software almost two decades. Import from previous year is helpful and most of the software is pretty easy to understand. Never had an issue downloading updates. I usually file mid March. Filing taxes is hard to get excited about.

I think it's silly that you have to pay to file for yourself or someone else even when you already have a package purchased.

The product is good. The font size is much too small without considerable eyestrain. Sorry, I'll buy a different product next year or pay a significant increase to have my relatively easy taxes done for me.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
