Lacks needed state forms

Again I have to go to the AZ Department of Revenue and download a form in order to get my tax credit. This has been going on for years. When will someone get their head pulled out of where ever it is and provide ALL necessary forms.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this software back in October 2022. And when i am ready to use it all i have to do is call the number and the software is downloaded to my email.Thats it easay,
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Has a tiny problem

I purchased my copy from a commercial store, attempted to,folow the direction provided in the box. Reached the web page snd everything then went absolute. Took me over an hour to finally reach a wonderful agent last Sunday. He was kind enough to inform me that many others were experiencing the same problem. However, once we got it up and operating sailed straight through. When it auto file had to go back and correct a few small errors,. It would hsve been easier if the “take me there “ option was usable at thst point instead of having to hit the back button so many times.
