To many confusing and stop points. No state EFILE included. Many gotcha points, odd stop at federal moving to state. Son just moved to major competitor and was much happier. Should get better each year. Should. Updates pretty much till tax time. EFILE of state included might boost overall satisfaction and filing issues.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to pay for state even after purchasing the deluxe plus state none of my pdfs could be read and there are no easy features like on mobile
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
