They help people e-file federal tax but not state. It true, they help importing information easier but they will make you pay for it.

The Explainations about taxes aren't as clear as Turbo Tax. Plus when I upgrade to the Premium at the beginning I never saw the upgraded version on my computer, just the Deluxe.
Pros: Maximizes refund

Have used H&R Block tax software for years, however we have been unable to submit taxes electronically twice in 2 years. So frustrating.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
