You loose out again getting income from state filing because you don't include all the forms needed for an AZ return. Year after year, you fail to add all forms necessary to take advantage of AZ tax credits. I have to download the forms and file on paper because of this lack on your part. When are you ever going to get it together?

This year's Online program went well. My State was listed in dropdown menu, it was missing in past years and I had extensive time involved through Help Desk to obtain a STATE Patch for the program and complete the return. Only glitch this year was a mandatory down load of a new PDF995 app in order to E-file my State return, "To send two worksheet files to your State." Beyond those issues, completing returns and E-filings went well.
