mortage interest federal maximum not clearly laid out. Support was very poor....just wanted me to upgrade and pay more. Will never recommend or use again

you have a software issue and waiting on tec support; The issue is payer number asking for 6 numbers. the federal is importing the d=federal payer number which is KY-000 with six numbers that follow.

I kept getting an error when I tried to send my file to the IRS. The product code kept giving me an error, and I discovered one letter was wrong, and had to be changed for the software to work.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Sometime ago I did a phone installation for a small office and I was gifted a red CD to do my taxes on. It was basically the company's Beta version. I still have it even though CDs are no longer used. I've been using Taxcut since about 1994. I've never had a problem and have always relied on them to keep up with all the latest tax laws.
