I've used this for several years and find it makes filing much simpler. to do my taxes manually would take me a week with 10 or more forms and worksheets required. my only issue this year was I am using a new computer an bringing forward last years return was difficult and not all the data related to sources, which did not change, did not come forward. Otherwise easy and no problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been doing my taxes myself for many years. This was the worst. And I'm not sure it is right. And to top that off they want me to pay extra to efile my state taxes.

Used H&R Block/Tax Cut for years. Federal navigation has always been good. The Delaware State has improved but the back key takes you back to the last set of inputs or right to the beginning of the section (federal allocation) if you complete the section. It’d be nice to go back one step once the section is complete and the tax impact is updated vs right back to the section start.
