I'm not happy with how apportionment between different states is working. Because my employer reported full wages to both the states where I live and I work, but only withheld for one state, my state return looked like I made twice as much. And I work for a massive company, so this must not be a rare occurence! The program kept giving me warnings to check, and told me to correct by hand, but it didnt' give me the option to do this.
This program needs to be updated. Explanations aren't very thorough, and it should automate more functionality.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Getting too pricey. The second state is very expensive compared to when I started with you. II can probably pay someone do do my taxes for what I am spending with you. Also some of the program is not as clear as it used to be,

I have used H&R Block for years and it hasn’t let me down. My filing is pretty straightforward so being able to file federal and state taxes together is great. Having access to the tax professionals if ever I needed them gives me tremendous piece of mind.
