Extremely easy to fill out and submit in no time. The prompts were easy to follow and you could go back and change things and not get lost. Quick download and install and able to take care of the whole family’s returns. Once finished there’s a final checking which caught a mistake but easy fix. Then straight forward download for the State and all done. The end prompts gave options for checks or bank accounts and a credit card to pay the state download. So easy! Within hours of submitting I got the IRS Accepted check mark and expecting my refund in 2-3 weeks. I’d highly recommend this product.

Did not adequately support Colorado tax return.

I have used this software to prepare both federal and state taxes for the past five years and have been satisfied until now. I had a new credit from the state that was due to me and although I entered the information on the appropriate state form, the software did not supply the complex form required as an explanation of the information to support the claim for the credit. When I decided to e-file the tax form and mail the support document, the software refused and gave me a note that I needed to file the entire tax return by mail but still did nothing to help with the necessary documentation.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
