I've used HRB for 15 years. Easy to use, carries data forward as needed year-to-year, imports stock gain/loss data easily from my broker.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Verified Purchase:Yes
The federal worked fine but I was unable to download the state software (Ohio). Ohio was not an option on the menu. Customer Service gave me a new download after I uninstalled and deleted original copy of software. Same issue. I gave up and did state online with excellent. state provided tools.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While you do get the federal and state software, its very misleading that you do not get any e-files included for your state without paying more. But it does include 5 federal e-files

I have had great results over the years with this prodect. But this year It didn't download information from my last year's return so I had to enter everything manually.
