Good for FedTax. Not so great for PA state tax

It works fine. But my problem is same as always. The state program for PA can’t complete all forms so I often need to complete manually and/or submit by mail instead of efile. It’s annoying because you don’t know about this until you get near or to the end. You should try harder to provide a complete PA tax capability. PA is a pretty big state.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pulling forward last years tax information was incomplete and importing of financial information failed. In fairness I can not determine if the import issue is on the software or financial information side.

Does not import long 1099B forms correctly or completely. Cannot import previous year's data once work has started on current year. Does not allow saving in different directory after first save.
Pros: Maximizes refund
