Been a user for several years. Tried another brand before. Like this product so much better. Cannot give 5 stars as it is impossible to get our tax code translated into a product understandable by all.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

No longer the rock it once was, erratic and although support was nice enough to chat with they could not solve my problems. Leading me to say once again that software is the only product that can be junk and still not be returnable to the seller.
Updates reboot pc without asking, can not seem to connect to download info and next year I believe I may as well do them on paper. For the time and aggravation wasted this year I could have done it much faster on my own.

Completing the pertinent tax forms was easy. The most time consuming thing was to itemize deductions that aren’t even going to go on the form. IE business expenses, auto usage etc
Pros: Easy to import documents

I have used this for many years. This may be the last. I wasted many hours dealing with two bugs in your software. The first is the problem with printing from a Mac which you are aware of and did not immediately fix. The second is in the section for capital gains. In most of the package, when you have to go down to add more data you can see NEXT. In this section when adding data about shares, the NEXT is fixed on the page so you miss the input required at the bottom of the page. It took me a second call to HELP. Both these wasted hours of my time.
Same on you for sloppy work and not fixing the printing problem and updating your software right away.

Not very intuitive. It is cheaper than turbo tax but not good as turbo tax . You get what is paid for .
