Software works great except that my activation code did not work to submit my return to the IRS. Getting a replacement code was difficult.

I would have given a 5 star rating but the marketig interview is a turn off. Doing taxes is a tense chore and having to weed out the marketing minutiae from the actual tax interview is a bit anniying!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

The software is simple to use but it doesn't as my math teachers used to say " show the work" I would like to see what is happening as we move along form by form and not have to wait until the end to everything at the end>

First time I use it on apple safari iOS program. Had a couple of freeze ups and kick offs. Other than that it worked as good as windows. My computer I used before was obsolete. I use apple phone, work book and iPad now so I can access stuff on all devices.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Overall a good program that will get an average taxpayer through the IRS maze. It is a little weak in the partnership K-1 area. Gets you through most of it, but falls short when it comes to line 20 "other information STMP." This is a difficult section, but some basic examples could be included as a starter.
