Continues to be the worst tax software, every year I swear it's the last year I'll use it.It regularly loses or messes up my home office deductions, creates havoc with everything. Lost my car deduction multiple times. Then I re-entered it in, and there were duplicate forms that were going to be sent to the IRS. Honestly, this software is the worst.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using it for 5-6 years or even more. It has been easy to use. But I will not give it 5 star as it still does not support any easy way to file form 8938 in the software. You have to fill it manually and multiple copies to add the right information. The competition does that out of the box so H&R Block you need to catch up soon or your customer will switch for your competitor.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
