I’ve used HR Block for a number of years now. I’m very impressed with this software. It’s easy to navigate regardless of using the walkthrough or going straight to individual forms. Any confusing topic is easily solved using the additional click links. I will be a customer next year.

I've used H&R Block software for years and have always been a fan and continue to be one. One minor complaint is that as my investments have become more complex, it seems to not support some of the forms that I require.

Horrible software

We have used this software for the past 4 years and this year it is terrible. It keeps telling us our taxes are rejected even though we put in all the correct info. We Have been trying for 6 hours to speak with someone on the phone and every time we hit the #3 to speak to someone it disconnects. NEVER AGAIN. You have lost our business. Back to Turbo Tax it is.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
