I have been using these products for almost 40 years now and have never had an issue. Phone support usually works fine, although I did have one issue this year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

State Portion is Terrible -- State Didn't Work

The State version (Ohio) never worked. Tried multiple times to download it. Keep getting error message that software could not connect to Internet. Internet was on!! Turned off Firewall and tried again. Still did not work. Tried re-downloading the whole program and then the state part by itself; still no good. Federal part worked OK, but for state (Ohio) was a complete failure. I have used your product for years; never had such problems. Wonder how well Turbo Tax works? May find out next year!!!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R Block for years. But this year with a new MacBook Pro computer I encountered a glitch in the software. It would print my return enlarged thus showing only 2/3 of the page. It took hours and lots of googling to sort this problem out! Really not acceptable. I gave three stars because, otherwise, the software works fine. BTW … I was not alone in encountering this problem.
