Continued issues e-filing. Three years in a row, I had to mail. AGI is correct, as well as using IRS PIN. No way to get troubleshooting support from H&R Block or IRS. Only automated long wait phone prompts
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Wasting hours with worthless deductions

Poorly written. Wasted hours with deductions only to have them tell you at the end that your standard deduction is more & do you want to use that instead? Very small font & if you increase the size program crashes. Plus side is free e-filing. Review site has problems too, had to write this several times & "Something went wrong" each time.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
