I have used this for years. I find the program to be easy to use, but every year there are a few glitches that cause delays and confusion at the end of the preparation of my federal taxes. For example, telling me to review entries from my imported 1099s, which I have already reviewed. Or requiring me to validate some other number, with no explanation as to why it is in question.

Two things: 1) I'm a long-term customer, and it used to be easier before everything went web-based. 2) The Federal program is fine, but finding help to your questions about your state is virtually impossible.
Cons: Time consuming
