There were lots of users who had difficulty with the program this week and i am stilll checking all my entries. I called support for wanting to use form 8888 to purchase I Bonds and when i went to a digital page marked refund and select check or directly to my bank my choice was I Bonds was not there. Support could not help.

We've used H&R for about 4 years now and are very happy with it. We get the max refund we can. We used to go to someone who just punched our numbers into software and we were paying them to do that! We figured we could do it ourselves.
