This is the first time I have used E-file myself. In the past I hired a CPA to do it. I am happy with this model.

Issues this year with transferring data from prior years filing. Also, e-file was rejected as AGI did not match prior years but it did match. Changing to another tax prep software next year

Good product but I had very difficult time uploading and paying for the product. First two tries yielded no activation code appearing on my screen. On third try it appeared. However, I have now been billed for three copies. I reported it to my credit card company who has launched a charge dispute which has not been settled at this time.

After preparing my return with HRBlock, I had the opportunity to help a friend do his taxes with a competitor's TT tax software. I found Block's tax questionnaire provided a much better walkthru for tax preparation, and the help feature was much more comprehensive.
