Using H&R Block Tax Software for more than 10 years now. It's very easy to setup and the guided sections are easy to use with "Learn More" windows easily accessible to get more information on a tax topic or section. The import of previous tax year data saves time, and the price is very competitive for the features provided.

The federal portion of the software was fine and easy to use. The state portion could not be e-filed for the second year in a row because a PDF995 software needed to be installed and would not install on my HP laptop. Without this program installed, the program would not proceed for e-filing the state return. I spent 2 hours last year and 2 hours this year on the phone with customer service and they could not correct the problem. They did not even know what that program was or why it needed to be installed. This year I was disconnected from the service rep twice. The first time they called me back but not the second time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
