confusing purchase

I ended up paying and redownloading the wrong year. I wanted 2022 but it downloaded 2021 and charged Me! Great program but you need to make it more clear what you are paying for.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I've used this tax software for many years and have been satisfied with the results. It failed to import last year's data. Stated no results even when I opened the file. It required me to install an update very often and even when I tried to submit to IRS. Lost all the bank data and credit card info several times. I may shop for other software if this continues.

W2 For NQ Pension

I still get warnings at return check time for a W2 issued for a(n) NQ pension payment. Social security and Medicare wages are blank on the W2 and Box 11 has the same amount as box 1. So, it should be obvious that Boxes 3-6 should/would be blank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software worked fine as usual but your last update is scheduled for April 14. Why so late? It should be at last a week before IRS deadline.

Usually a 5-star - I've been using this software well over 10 years. This last year could've been a little better. Job hunting and job-related moving expenses are now deductible for only a chosen few. Instead of the interview first asking if I was one of the privileged, it took me through the whole process to enter in data, then pulled the rug out from under me and let me know that I couldn't take any of those deductions...
