Step for entering last year’s AGI is confusing.

The program’s Instructions say something like ‘we have that information from last year’s return and we’ll take care of this for you.’ But there’s a zero entered in the block and instructions for me to override it. How is this taking care of it for me?
Confusing.

Program good. Said I could print after filing return. I could not do that. How do I print my return? Changed from last year.

Rejection mystery

I have used your software for three years now and like it very much! However I have had just this year several rejections from the IRS due to "incorrect AGI and PIN entries. I had the previous years return on the same computer and checked the figures carefully but still it was rejected. Have others had a similar problem? I have had to mail some returns.

The software does not offer much help on K-1 documents. I had a hard time finding where to enter NY estimated tax payments.

Been using this tax software since if was first released. i have always liked using this software, has always been accurate and on top of all out tax needs. However, not much has changed in functionality, its a bit antiquated. Would be nice if it would step it up and become more user friendly like some of the other products out there (one annoyance in particular, electronically file the state property tax refund form along with the fed/state income tax forms like other software products).
I would recommend this to a friend!
