Friend’s parents introduced me into using the software years back and I’ve been using it ever since. Software is fairly user friendly however depending on topic, you might need to online search for a better understanding. Only reason I wouldn’t give it the fifth star is they don’t offer any city tax support at all. At least would be nice for them to provide fillable pdf’s and city’s instruction guides. But cost/benefit ratio may not be in their favor.

Have used the software for many years. This year our final return value had great variation depending on where we inputted numbers, all of which seemed like they were valid ways to enter the data. Would have loved better (or more detailed) explanations. Or, maybe that's the way the tax code is designed.

Great software. I have used TurboTax for the last 10 plus years but they have become very proud of thier products and this was a much better option. It was easy to load and use and feel it is equal to the other product. I would use this product again.
