I purchased your product on 11/23/2023 found it to be very user friendly but the help i received from Bria in your customer service department was GREAT, Bria helped a senior with filing my return. She is professional and patient we need more like Bria in the customer service area. THANK YOU AGAIN BRIA

I've been using Block tax software for years but this year I've had multiple issues
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software presented form for excess RMD incorrectly. I spent several hours trying to resolve.
Deleted "excess RMD" figures and it resolved.

Double Charged

This software package was advertised as Deluxe + Efile + State, but I was charged for the State return anyway, and had to pay before I could Efile anything.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Wrong HSA deduction. Says 500 limit wrong

So mad. Just efiled and looked at taxes. It didn't give me my HSA credit, but added $4050 as extra income. Now need an amendment.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Unfixed problems for 3 years now

Your software doesn’t submit Sch SE to the IRS even though they require it when Notary income is exempt. I wonder if it’s fixed for 2023!

Worked as in past years. Able to upload previous returns and it made it much easier. Did both Fed and state in a matter of minutes. Works wonderful for my tired old eyes
