Federal program great; state not so much

There were no surprises with my federal return; HRB rocks for those. Last year I moved to New Mexico and therefore had to allocate income between states. The program is not very good and in fact did not move some key data to the state return. I ended up having to do my state return the old fashioned way. Surely HRB can do better!

I feel confident using Deluxe every filing season. I believe it will always save me by knowing the tax law better than I ever will. I wish it was easier to navigate when I am looking for specific answers, but what bothers me most is doesn't allow me to print out only Form 1040 without accompanying schedules. Otherwise, great!

I have used HR Block for probably close to 20 years now. I like it because it is through and is easy to use. I have never had any problems with it. My daughter uses it also and likes it very much. I am a retired Accountant and my daughter is an accountant also. We will continue to use HR Block in the future.

H&R Block Tax software is simple to use and to complete your return in no time. Took me less than three hours to do our return. Whoo-hoo

I have been using this product for four years now but this time I had issues with it so I may not use it anymore. It would say I had errors but I didn’t.
Pros: Maximizes refund
