I’ve been using H&R Block for at least the last10-15 years. Easy to use and have never had any issues. Not sure I could do my taxes without it

I have used turbo tax or 50 years and had to switch becuse of software issues and the program has ben very dificult to use and figure out problems
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

STUPID H&R Program

I send submit and it kicked me out and said it didn't work. So I resent it and it charged me foe both times
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Really Good Software Program For DIY Tax Filers

My wife and I are retired. I am on Social Security. The H&R Block software works well for our simple needs. Unfortunately we had a little glitch in handling the required insurance portion. The Block AI couldn't get us an answer but Chat GPT did. Not too much trouble, but the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Good value compared to other options.

David died, but I did his taxes. He was my uncle and I've been doing his taxes for the last couple years. I've been using your tax software for longer than I can remember and have not had an issue until this year with my own taxes. This year I got a form K-1 from an estate. Your tax software did not seem to handle that form well, and I was forced to file via paper, which was a real pain. Since I don't know if other tax software could do any better, and the IRS instructions were horrible, and this was the only issue I'd ever had with your software, I'm still giving you a 5-star review.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
