Just ok.

Lot of loss when you have the state return. Lot of stuff not explained well. And also, at time there is a yes or no button that should be a continue button. More effort is needed to make it transparent to the user. I less than love this, seems to pragmatic.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wasted 2 hours trying to install state

Very disappointed this year. State will not install! First time since it was was Kiplingers Tax Cut.
Cons: Time consuming

I got this at a reasonable and good price. Easy to use with all the functions without bells and whistles. Very professional program. Thanks for the change from the other software.

poor state e-file ability

bought this software the last 8 years, this is the first year I cannot file my state returns. This software is terrible and I will NEVER recommend or use again

This is 3 years using your software which works ok I guess but absolutely didn’t like this year because it wasn’t ready for filing because of updates necessary.
Pros: Easy to prepare
