Error in state tax software

Federal tax was okay but the state software didn’t calculate taxable income correctly. No one to call and report. Only robot

Great tax software.

Software worked well. It was a little difficult to resolve review issues. Rather than search for the form, a direct link to it would have been preferable. Otherwise, the software was easy to use, easy to complete the forms, easy to import, and easy to e-file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using H&R Block tax software for 7 years now and can confidently said it is an intuitive software for those of us who do their own taxes. Easy to follow format. Would recommend. Thank you!

This years software is buggy... and frustrating

The software kept changing the amount of refund and wouldn't let me do an amended return.

Good Product - but

The program is basically good and easy to use.
For the pat 3 years however, the software has had mistakes where I could not import my financial data from Schwab to the Block program. I ended up having to enter the data manually. Not hard, but the program should have been checked before putting it on the market.

Tax filing 2023 tax year

I have purchased and used this deluxe version and e-filed without any problems for several years so far. There is a short learning curve each time due to forgetfulness but, you can easily find the paths to review and correct your errors.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
