Just wanted to download the product without answering all the online questions. You made it very difficult to do. And your AI bot was not helpful at all. Told me I couldn't do that, had to answer the online questions. I just wanted the product as I have used it for 20+ years.

Very easy to use and thorough. Much easier than two years ago when I tried it. I switched from TurboTax because of the types of advertising that Turbotax began using this year. I won’t spend my money with Turbotax if that is their agenda.

Does the job. Wish there was an option to do some "what if" scenarios, such as what the taxes would be if filing separately, without having to redo all the data input. Navigation for error correction needs improvement. Great at carrying things from previous returns.
