Most everything went okay except for one issue that I could not resolve. I did everything the instructions said, but nothing worked. I pulled out last year's taxes and it was not an issue last year. Unfortunately, because of this, it would not let me E-file the state taxes.

Service was not able to answer a simple question

All I needed to know was if my version could complete a form 4797 or if I needed to upgrade. The chat person was not able answer this question. I cannot find the answer in the system either.

Your software does not support the EV charger tax credit. This is a very basic credit. How can you possibly advertise I will get the maximum refund? False advertising. I always liked using Tac cut. I will be looking at other options next year.
