NH State did not exempt US Savings bonds and would NOT allow me to enter manually.
I called the 800 number 4 times and got someone from help that listened for a minute then just hang up. I want a refund!

I like the product. The print menu is confusing-until you figure it out. Need ability to print one page at a time when you mess up just one page. Have used your product for years; this year on a new computer & it couldn’t fine last year to import.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using the great H&R Block tax software for over 30 years. I like the advice that goes along with every question. As this helps me answer the questions correctly as well as points out deductions that apply to me.
I was glad that finally Block provided a New Hampshire Div and Interest Income state form, even if I still needed to transfer the information to the states website. At least I didn't need to search out the correct values from my federal forms.

Generally good, but the Review check is flawed. It raises areas of concern and if you over ride a field, your Return cannot be filed. You can not correct this other than deleting and starting all over.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Tried H&R after many years of turbo tax. I had errors that I could not clear preparing to efile:'
1. interest less than $.50. H&R rounds down to zero. Efile finds data on the uploaded 1099 and fails the data validation. Cn't efile.
2. My MSDW account has ETF interest/dividends that generate foreign interest/div and foreign tax credits. H&R does not need countries specified while efile is looking for specific countries (not various). Efile fails I deleted the form 1116 to pass verification. Not handled well!
