Led me into a "pay by credit card" sequence that looked like it was free but had a high fee. By the time I was there, I couldn't figure out how to back out and pay another way.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL FULL OF FLAWS NEVER AGAIN Poor awful program. Omits things and right now the pathetic program CANNOT connect and see my FED RETURN already approved. You have to google and search many things that this pathetic software do not have
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Junk - Not working just when needed and misleading

Not working when needed and even though have the downloaded, local program, misleading screens take you to online filing.
Even though the submission of return to clearly didn't work, got the email that it was submitted to IRS. Fun tomorrow.

This years software has me worried
on April 14, 2024

I have been trying to efile my return. Each time I attempt I get the message "Bad Gateway" . I assume my return did not go through. Especially when the software will not allow me to proceed to file my state return. I did however check my email where I see a letter stating I my return was successfully submitted. I dislike the uncertainty I am seeing here. Added to the fact I can not speak to anyone about the problem until Monday morning 15-Apr-2024

Cons: Hard to prepare
