just followed the instructions and it was easy. the only thing was the program kept freezing when trying to file. check my email and my return had been submitted several times. It shows as not filed in the system. So that is disappointing, first time I've had issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I purchased the app online and received the download link in a matter of minutes. Once downloaded and installed, the app walks me through the Federal Form 1040 step-by-step with no technical jargon. The State tax form is also included and the app automatically populated the State form with the necessary data from the federal form. I have been using this product for many years. It’s easy to use for most forms. Sometimes the instructions are a bit vague or just repeat the IRS instructions. It’s more helpful when the IRS instructions are offered in plain language and enhanced.
