This is a very straight forward program and easy to use. I've never had any glitches or issues with it and always can reach out if I run into an issue.
The software tells me the submission failed, their servers are down, at the same time i get emails that the return was submitted and accepted. But the software does not get that updated information. And can i trust that? NO! and now I can not file the state.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are aware of an issue preventing some desktop software users from e-filing their returns. Online clients and clients working with our tax professionals virtually or in person are not impacted. We are working to resolve the issue quickly and ask clients to please try again later today or print and mail their return if that is more convenient.
Attractive enough without making a "parody" packag

I have been using H&R Block since the first-gen software in the early 90s?, and I am happy with it. I like many of the fixtures, in particular, data import and personal info from last year return file.
Issues when trying to submit my return. Got endless "Bad Gateway" errors. H&R Block said to either keep trying to mail your returns. One time when I hit submit, I got the same bad gateway error, but I also got an email stating that the taxes were submitted (state and federal), followed by another email stating that the feds accepted the return. Yet the software doesn't think they were submitted.
I've been using H&R Block for years. This is completely unacceptable.
I wasn't sure if it was sent & waited 24 hours before calling help. Then after questions I discovered it was never sent. Before I retired fm Block, we could check if it had been sent to IRS.This should be a feature for online customers.
