Not a good experience!

Tried for hours to submit my federal and state via exile. Kept getting an error. Realized my credit card was being charged every attempt for the state fee, so I quit that and filed it myself online. Federal keeps failing, but I got an email finally saying it was sent, and another saying it was accepted. Software still says it is not files.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Server issue caused big problems

I have been a loyal user for twenty years, sadly, this year HRBlock has let me down. I always recommended this software to friends, but not being able to connect to the server is a really big problem. I don't know how much this error has cost me yet, but I hope that HRBlock will be honorable and take care of the problems the issue has caused.

Consider not using for 2024

During Fed accuracy check there were 3 items to fix that were not asked during preparation. Also kept prompting me to fix the fact that Fed definition of Salary-wages differs from my state. Then the ultimate fail was their server issues when filing resulting in continual errors other than collecting my efile fee! Went > 12 hours unknown if my Fed was actually sent. Charged 7 fees for state and no confirmation if it was filed or not. H&R messaging about the problem took > 15 hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
