worked fine to me -easy to use -but confusing and irrelevant "issues " and "checks" at the end --more details needed to explain this-most of them are useless not even should be mentioned-also not able to import documents-it not works for any bank statements-price is still to high even with promotion and coupons

I've had headache after headache using the software. First complaint is that it was down ON TAX DAY. Then my forms kept being rejected by IRS for not matching spouses AGI from previous year. I followed directions several times and each time it kept getting sent back. I used a form, I used my AGI, I used my spouses - nothing worked.
