Failed to support e-file

I tried to do e-file on my tax multiple times on April 14 and April 15, 2024 but software could not finish sending and kept getting "Bad Gateway" error messages. I had to switch to paper filing. I trusted this software and it lets me down. I wasted my money paying for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H+R Block for years, but the crash this year trying to upload was too painful. It would be great if we got our state payments credited, or at least some gesture to loyal users who were let down.
Cons: Time consuming

Refunds 4 ALL who had trouble filing 4/14-15

I've used H&R Block's Deluxe/State solution for YEARS, but was vexed by an inability to file April 14th and until the night of 4/15. Was there a denial of service attack? Whatever the problem, everyone affected deserves a free copy of next year's product...because absent that, I'll probably migrate to Intuit's product. I wasted HOURS trying to file over two days and racked up dozens of "hold" charges on my credit card.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

purchased deluxe software on line. used activation code for free federal e-file but the code had reached the free e-file limit. so i paid instead of printing. some deals are too good to be true
