Hard to find some things.Software is buggy Wouldn't let me file state until I filed Fed even though I had E-filed fed and it was accepted 2 days before.Last but not least they had a server problem on April 15th so I had to run to the post office because it wouldn't e-file

I have been using this product for many years and may not purchase again. I don't understand how HR Block could not have adequate servers to handle the filings yesterday. I tried for 8 hours to electronically file with no success. I missed several hours of work having to print out returns and run to the post office. I am requesting a full refund and if this does not happen, I will not purchase again.
