I COULD NOT ELECTRONICALLY FILE MY RETURNS ON 4/15/24 BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM WAS DOWN. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THERE WAS NO COMJMUNICATION ON YOUR WEBSIGTE.

It is easy to use and explanations of terms are conveniently located next to the interview question. The Take Me To feature allows jumping around the program areas. Making large or small changes as you go along is no problem, and the accuracy check at the end helps correct most forgotten items.

I have been using this tax program for years. Each year it improves. I like the interview questions and the option to directly import data from multiple payroll services and investment brokerages. It still has bugs but they are easy to fix. If you want to make filling out tax forms easy, this program works.

We've used this program for years but this year it was very slow and had a lot of issues with filing for state. It had trouble connecting to the server and my credit card was charged six times when purchasing the state and it did not even go through. I am not sure I will use this program again next year.
