I have used tax cut for at least 10 years with few issues. I like how it imports the last years information and the auto form filling. The activation issues I’ve had in the past appear to be fixed. The fed E- file was easy.

The software worked fine. But I had bought a pre-release version back last year, and when I went to use it for my taxes, it would not download, so I had to buy a whole new copy. I won't be buying any more pre-release versions.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for 10+ years. The software does a very good job of collecting and organizing my tax info. Please remove the cost of uploading your taxes - There should NOT be any fee for this. The upload is FREE - You should pass this onto your customers.
Also - In the past 10+ years you have made ZERO improvements to Deductions Pro. The UI is quite poorly implemented with a number of bugs the user needs to navigate around to be successful. Please contact me if you would like more detailed information.

I have used H&R software for many years with no problems. This year, data from my 2022 return was not transferred to 2023 and I had to re-enter data. Also, the “Next” button did not always take me to the next page. I had to hit it 2 or more times to make it to the next step.When I got toward the end of my return, an entry for last year’s AGI was supposed to be automatically entered. The entry was “0” and I was not able to correct it. I proceeded to enter my wife’s AGI, and was able to complete the return.
