I bought this product with great hope. Although it did improve my refund, I was unable to e-file my return and ended up using another company. I kept being told that it was unable to submit my return for several possible reasons which I could not resolve.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i'm glad I once again used H&R Block tax prep software. it's easy to use and I have no reason to believe it doesn't get every proper tax break for me. I do wish the pricing was more consistent, meaning various coupons have various prices... why not give repeat customers the best "renewal" prices right off the bat?

I have only one complaint: when you ask for help or when doing the verification page it pops up a page that tells you all the steps to take or where to go (6 menus deep or so) but you have to close the help page to take any of the steps so a screen shot is necessary. Not real helpful. Other than that it is a great tool.

Colorado software did not support purchase of EV rebate. I escalated the issue, it was not resolved. I had to complete a paper state form.

I have used Tax Cut for years. I find it to be a pretty easy tool to use. However, for the last two years, we have donated money to an educational institution resulting in a Schedule K form. Because of this, we have to mail in our state taxes. This is a major hassle after the ease of many years of electronic filing. Please develop a process that allows total e-filing.
