The fed e-file server is down, cannot make connection submit. Although other 5 starts, but final give it 3 star. This never happens for past 10 years. Cannot do e-file, has to paper filing. too bad.

I've used HR Block tax software for decades, and it really eases my annual tax burden. But it still has some flaws that have popped up as cybercrime and electronic filing have increased. First, the IRS has given me a 6-digit PIN to prevent identity theft, but Block software only has space for a 5-digit number which prevents me from filing electronically - a significant issue since paper copies take much longer. Also, the software deducts funds from my credit account even though the electronic filing has been rejected by the IRS, and should only deduct full funds after the filing has been completely successful. Other than that the software has been relatively consistent for several decades now, so thanks and keep improving!

Last year we could not use Turbo Tax, which we had been using for many years, because the operating software on our iMac desktop computer could not be updated because of the age of the Mac. So for 2022 tax reporting we used your software. It worked but wasn’t than clean to use. The new 2023 software much better.
