I bought the deluxe software which boasts 5 free federal returns but you charge a service fee if I pay my taxes with a credit card. A total rip-off. I will use another software next time.
Cons: Time consuming

Does what it supposed to. Help section is very basic. End up having to got IRS website, which is not much more helpful. Would be nice if it compared last years and this years items to say hey last year you had this item. Did you miss it this year or just not relevant this year.

Not happy, fed was rejected, state was on hold until the fed was accepted. Fixed the issue, refiled , the fed was accepted. They never sent my state until I had to pay again!
