Love the import feature, easy to add/delete a few sources and update numbers. On the negative side, have not tried to print a copy yet. In past years it was hard to print just a select few pages of pertinent info without getting many pages of worksheets or useless data.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I couldn't submit because of a server error. I had to pay certified mail at the post office. And I have been fined twice using your software!!!

It seemed some areas were not as clear and easy to

Have used HR Block tax software for over 10 years and have been vey happy with it,. Although this year some areas seemed to have been re written or new areas written and not in a good way. It the past you could just read an area or answer the questions almost without think as just about everything used to be very clear and concise. Not this year!!!! This is the first year I had to say " WHAT" in a few areas!!
Pros: Easy to import documents

Every year we buy the same packet, and and up having to pay to efile state taxes...and i'm not sure how but the returns i filed are "gone" and i can't check the status. It looks like it started new returns when i reopened the software.

Been using TaxCut for about 20 years and it has never failed me! Even with complex investment statements the Deluxe version has handled K-1 forms with aplomb. Note for best results get the best version, but the IRS has never questioned my TaxCut-generated returns. Imports data from the previous year when necessary and most importantly imports data from Brokerages so I don't have to enter everything manually. Huge time saver.
