Buggy software, particularly during error checks

This is the third year in a row in which I’ve encountered bugs during the error review process that wouldn’t let me fix the error. I had to exit the review process, hunt down the form, and correct it or delete it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I have been using H&R software for several years. it is good and dependable. printing could be a little more efficient to use less paper - many time one page has only a few lines on it. and some of the data carried forward from previous year or from Fed to State did not carry accurately but the checking caught those
