Program is great. Easy to use and appears to be accurate. Problem arose when attempted to e-file on 4/14; wouldn't transmit. Eventually got a notice that there were server problems, so as directed, I printed the return, enclosed a check, and certified-mailed it to the IRS the next day. Later that night I received an email notification that my e-file return had been successfully filed. Great, filed AND PAID twice.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Prior versions of this software were very buggy - often closing unexpectedly, requiring you to save pretty much after every entry. This was fixed and it made a huge difference. I switched from TurboTax because TurboTax requires you to download all your information through their servers and their privacy statement indicates they can share it with other companies - a nonstarter for me. This does not.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I was also outraged by your fee to file an extension -- FREE efile for federal should include free efiling of extensions as well.

I've been purchasing H&R Block tax preparation software for many years now, and I have never had any serious problems or issues with my e-tax filings. One area of improvement is during the interview process on the medical expenses section was a bit confusing.
