This is the first year I purchased the program online as opposed to the cd that had been mailed out. Installation was fairly easy, but the help sections of the program itself were a bit challenging in my opinion. When I need help, I don't want to be forced to speak with a computer generated assistant, rather I would like the opportunity to speak with a professional. Otherwise, I would have taken my taxes to a pro in the first place.

The actual software program is very good. But the gateway to e-file went down on Sunday 4/14 and was still not operating by mid-morning on Monday 4/15. Ended up having to print and mail the return and a check. A big hassle at the last minute. Will rethink my choice of software going forward.

I bought the software for federal and state. While filing I was asked to pay again. I didn’t have time to dispute it as of last year. Paid double. This will be the last time I will use the software.
