I had to try to submit my return I don’t know how many times before I finally seemed to get it submitted. I got two emails, one saying my return was rejected and one saying it was accepted. My software to showed it had not been submitted. I went to IRS.gov and was able to confirm they received my return.
Awful experience with April 15th deadline looming. Please refund my money.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Your server went down at some point on or before April 14 as I tried for hours on the 14th to submit 3 tax returns. Not until some time around noon eastern did you disclose the issue. I had to scramble to secure documents and file by paper.

I can't think of anything worse than have tax software crash on April 15th. I attempted to efile 3 returns and I still don't know if they were filed. I opened a case but I still haven't heard from anyone. I'll be using a different program next year.

Terrible software with glitches, server failures

I've been woth HR block for two decades and birthed how terrible the software has become over the last 3 years. Their chat support Iis full of people who can't help with taxes, can't help with technical issues, really only cut and paste standard answers. Never again.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
