I bought the software expecting that after I entered my & my family member's information the software(s/w) would be clear about which tax credits were allowable and why credits that were not allowable were not allowed. In this case my 2 sons are both in college and the college tuition tax credit appears to be not allowable on any of my family member's tax returns but your s/w does not explain if it is or is not and why. The tax credit just does not appear. Very poor program. I hope Turbo Tax or Tax Act has better explanation.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
